Tour Guide- First of all, to be a tour guide, your penguin MUST be atleast 45 days old. When you're old enough, you can go to the Tour Guide Booth located in the Ski Village. You take your test and I remember that one of the questions was,"What item appears in the clothing catalog each month?" There are many fooling answers, but the right answer is the Viking helmet! Which is usually located on the paint bucket at the beginning of the Clothing Catalog.

EPF Agent- Your penguin can be ANY age to be an EPF Agent. First off, ask a friend if they can send you a EPF Agent request through their postcards. After you get the request, go to the Everyday Phoning Facility and take the test. It will ask you to hide in a place where the cameras cannot catch you. Throw a snowball at the camera near the big screen, it will not find you and you'll get a 100% on that part. Next, is the part where you have to go fast from one side of the room, to the other. That is simple, there are no tricks to that part. Last, there is the part where you have to escape a cell. When the power box in the corner powers up, just throw a snowball at it and you will finish this test. You should have a 100% on the test. Comment if you have any questions about this test.
